Our clients fell in love with their yellow bungalow and decided they would rather make their home their own versus looking for another spot that would inevitably be less charming. We opened the dining room to the freshly landscaped side yard for indoor-outdoor eating & entertaining. The rear of the home was reconfigured to make the kitchen a destination, along with a primary suite that they would be comfortable in as their family grew.
