Located on a steep site in the lush neighborhood of Glen Park, this project took advantage of the slope. We carved out a new space for a cozy ADU to exist within the existing structure of the home while opening up the main living space. The southern exposure of the property warms all three levels of the house while making each living space an inviting place to settle in.
